Resident Evil Requiem: All Safe Codes and Locations Guide

Resident Evil Requiem hides five safes across its two main locations, and each one is absolutely worth tracking down. Between antique coins, rare weapons, and combat supplies, these mini-puzzles reward thorough players nicely. Plus, opening all five in a single run earns you the “No Safe is Safe” achievement and trophy.

One thing to keep in mind before you start: the codes are not universal. Casual and Normal difficulty share the same combinations, but Insanity has a completely different set. Double-check your difficulty before entering any code.

The achievement is available on all difficulties, so if you want to knock it out stress-free, your first Normal playthrough is the ideal time to grab them all.

Clinic Safe 1: Location and Code

Location: Second floor of the clinic, west wing. Look for the Bar and Lounge area, which is also where you will encounter a singing zombie and two regular enemies. The safe sits behind the bar counter, and an upgraded handgun for Grace is resting on a nearby surface as well.

Codes:

Reward: 3x Antique Coins.

Extra tip: Two more Antique Coins are available in the same room. One is sitting on the piano and the other is dropped by the singing zombie wearing a white dress. Take her down carefully so the drop does not go to waste.

Clinic Safe 2: Location and Code

Location: First floor of the east wing, inside the Examination Room. Enter through the hallway and check the back-right corner shelf, near the Organless Corpse interactable along the wall.

Codes:

Reward: 3x Antique Coins.

Clinic Safe 3: Location and Code

Location: The Clinic Basement, accessible later in the story. Unlock the Furnace door, restore power to the area, and follow the hallway forward. Once you reach the next room, step into the office on the right side. This is the same room where Grace must operate the crane.

Codes:

Reward: The Raccoon Roundup Roadmap for Rhodes Hill, which marks every Mr. Raccoon collectible location inside the Clinic area, plus a box of handgun ammunition.

If you are going for the Mr. Raccoon collectible achievement, this safe is a must-open.

ARK Safe 1: Location and Code

Location: After regaining control of Grace at the ARK facility, leave the Lab Entrance and move into the main lab. Follow the corridor that turns red and enter the first room where Lickers appear. Scan toward the back of the room near the far window. Your map labels this area as the Sterilization Chamber.

Codes:

Reward: Handgun bullets, 1x Molotov Cocktail, and 1x Med Injector.

Important note: Molotov Cocktails are the only confirmed way to repel The Girl, the stalker enemy that hunts Grace throughout the game. Collect as many as possible whenever the chance comes up.

ARK Safe 2: Location and Code

Location: From the Lab Entrance at the ARK, access the Lobby and find the side office inside the red waiting room. The safe is tucked into the back corner, just to the left of the computer terminal.

Codes:

Reward: 2x Bottles of Acid and 1x Med Injector.

Important note: Bottles of Acid defeat Lickers in a single hit, making them one of the most efficient tools in Grace’s arsenal against those enemies.

Opening this fifth and final safe will unlock the “No Safe is Safe” achievement and trophy.
